At NetfCouture, we strive to provide high-quality sewing content through our streaming platform. We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before subscribing.


1. Digital Subscription Refunds

Since our content is delivered digitally and instantly, we do not generally offer refunds on subscription payments once access to the platform has been granted.

However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment)
  • You could not access the platform due to a technical issue on our side
  • You canceled before renewal, but were still charged

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@netfcouture.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include:

  • Your account email
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief explanation of your issue

2. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not trigger a refund for the current period already paid.


3. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard refund terms apply.


4. Chargebacks & Abuse

If a chargeback or dispute is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your access to the platform
  • Ban future purchases
  • Take necessary action to recover funds
